two quick animations on thermoforming for the kiddies

Any of you teachers out there have or have developed any machining powerpoints. I want to work on them this year. I am starting with thermoforming, but would like some milling and lathing ones, anything with RHino and Mastercam. Powerpoints? video clips? anyone. I keep googling, to no avail. I'll share when I either get or develop them myself.

Each clip seems to be about 1-2 minutes. I have already shown one on roational molding.

Go go google video and search Tsugami... there are quite a few.
Also go to http://www.okuma.com/products/machines/
use the drop down menus to view the different product line and there are some demo videos.
Here's a site with some really good animations!

personally, I'd like to include some video clips from Orange County Choppers for our section on Safety....what NOT to do....Like when Mikey is using the drill press and the chuck falls out of the spindle, or when they're welding without goggles....or riding without helmets.. (you could argue that if you don't want a helmet, you don't need one..)
I have found this website http://www.jjjtrain.com/vms/library.html. I also would like to animate our curriculum more (computer generation students). Thankfully our course is already on the network and we have to add animation and videos. Thinking of just making my own as I go. Good luck
