None of the tools mentioned have bearings capable of withstanding the forces generated over any reasonable period of time. Those tools also spin far too fast to mill steel with, a little too fast to mill aluminum as well.
I don't know what kind of "chuck" you mean, but a collet is a far better method of holding a tool. Any other chuck is going to have more runout that you want to deal with using an end mill.
You may be able to get by using one of the tools you mention, but your DOC and tool size will be severely limited.
