Taig ER-16 Threads

Hello. Does anyone know the threads on a taig mill's er-16 spindle (TPI and Diameter) . Reason being is I want to make my own endmill holders on my taig lathe. Thanks in advance.

It's metric. M22x1.5 I think. I forget the exact thread pitch though. Sure you can find reference online somewhere.
