Yeah don,t try to re wire it yourself as I have seen plenty of posts of people frying those Xylotech boards. Sorry this is the only advice I could give ya. Try posting some pics and maybe Al the man will chime in. Good Luck!!
So I bought this Taig mill off Ebay several months ago. Didn't have time to mess with it when it came in, so I just got around to setting it up, and boy am I lost. I've hooked everything up, and installed a legal full version of Mach3, but I can only get X and Z to move. Switched cables on the motor that wasn't moving, and it is not the motor. Also, regardless of whether I try to jog positive or negative, the axis always moves positive. I assume I have some pin settings wrong, but I don't know. The mill and controller came with no documentation. I do know it is a Xylotech controller. HELP.

OK, I got the pin configuration figured out, and not can move all axises both possitive and negative. Just need to fine tune the movement and backlash, and I should be good to go. Anybody want to recommend a decent free CAM software for creating G code?
