    X3 Not linking to Mach

I switched on my X3 this morning, and opened Mach I pushed the start button on mill but no 80 on DRO just the spindle running at top speed and in reverse. Have turned mill on and off a few times but no joy the G code on /off switch is down as usual, I used the mill yesterday and all was well.
Anyone got an idea of problem.
    Thanks

    Mike

Yes I always have Mach open before swiching on X3, I have just noticed that when I turn on X3 the reset button on Mach doe's not trigger, so I think its something in the electronics of X3??
