Its not a good sign when they do not pay the nominal fee to renew the corporate business license. It seems that Syil has cut communications and the only help I'm getting is from this forum.
If you Google Syil the CNC Zone is the 5th item on the first page.
Syil China, Syil America, and their representatives in Europe and Australia ought to start threating this forum and all of their customers as their primary marketing venue.
It is a matter of time before YouTube has a significant number of videos from customers with problems (that is just the natural way we share information today). The Internet, and the whole way Joe Blow's content is changing and becoming richer and more effective will quickly undermine your ability to do business with anyone that uses a computer. I say this as someone that wants to see you succeeding.
You guys from Syil and Reps around the world should put your heads together and revise your customer satisfaction policy and define who has responsibility for what.
All of you have done a terrible job at managing issues before they escalate in this forum. Do not let situations that can be easily resolved get out of control and do not have emotions be a factor on your side. Perhaps even more importantly, be proactive and know how to diffuse them so that they do not become one on the customer's side.
You may think that your website is your Internet presence. It is not. Your customers are.
Things are not going to get better. This generation communicates is publicly -- "Broadcast yourself" with Tweeter and YouTube this year and whatever richer and more interactive media comes up next year... their numbers are growing.
Act now or "ignore you customers and they will go away" will catch up with you.
