X3 spindle speed issues

Well i picked a second machine (new) for a steal. A company had bought it and gone out of Businese and never used it.

Anyway unlike my first machine it takes forever to ramp up to cutting speed, and beeps the entire time, rarely does it actually attain the speed its shooting for.

I know some other have had simlar problems, so im hoping to find a solution other than replacing the obviously inadquate chinese control board.

I am curious to why two identical machines have such different spindle control.

Sieg was have 3 kind mainboard on SX3......
so,we have 2 different G control board.
they never infrom us just change....that is a big reason we drop SX3 too...
also,them mainboard very poor quality...

Can we buy replacemtn boards that will fix this?

Yours doesn't have the factory fitted option of the screw in the PCB buzzer hole to deaden the annoying beeping?

At higher speeds you can't hear the beep, especially if the radio is on.
