Question SX3, X4+ Lubrication Detailed Installation.

I have received a lubrication kit to install on my SX3.
Does anyone have details of where all these nice bits go.
Some photos or drawings detailing where all the bits are intended to go would be great.
At the moment it is one big jigsaw puzzle and I prefer to get it right once.
I know where the oil goes.
I know I need a 5/6" 26tpi British Standard Brass tap - nice size but not in my collection yet.

Where did you get it? $$$? from Syil? I still have a SX3 and adding the lube system would be a nice upgrade

Neil,
I hope the photo's load up ok.
It looks like the feed line for the Z axis is not metered, however the other four lines are (X&Yaxis).
If you need more info let me know.

I have used Vactra #2 on my lathe and mill without any adverse effects. I built my own oiling system except for the pump and have them all orificed at the ways with a .030 hole. Once the lines were filled all parts oil equally. I have been very satisfied with Vactra but have read others using Mobile 1 synthentic.

Greetings Len,

My SX3 is setup with the Syil CNC conversion kit and I am using ordinary 30WT oil.

On my CNC SX3, 68WT way oil provides too much stintion for the power of the stepper motors and the velocity of the axis travel resulting in missed steps.

Not seen in my photos, is that the additional ports on my homebrew lube manifold are also supplying the three ball screws, the Z axis ways, the quill and the spindle with oil.
