X4 lubication?

What sort of oil should I use to top up the One shot oil reservoir?

Also are there any other parts of the X4 that need to be lubricated on a regular or semi-regular basis?

I picked up some oil from a local machinery shop that is supposed to suit.

It would be nice to have some sort of lubrication schedule to make sure nothing wears out before it's time.
