Tried all combinations on the switch on c6 lathe. nothing worked, except when spindle is on manual. There's no spindle and flood control sockets. x, z and spindle "encoder" wires all cramped into one socket.

Is it possible syil china used different ports?

thanks.
ANYTHING is possible.
Syil have not been consistent (due I think that are not skilled in specifying to East Crystal what they NEED) with the pin allocation. Take some pictures of your BOB. Thats the PCB that connects to the PCB cable.

5 axis BOB

I see you have the 5 axis BOB.
Down near the limit switch connector is a LED.
I believe this is the charge pump LED. It must be on for the axis to move.
There is a jumper near it.
The pin configurations for the X and Z axis will be the same as the X4+.
Charge pump should be the same also (hopefully !)
If you move an axis to a limit, does the limit switch light go out?

can you reset Mach3 (green reset button) or it gives you an error?
Do you have the charge pump output pin enabled? what pin# ?

It looks exactly the same as mine and I had the exact same problem. The problem was the charge pump in Mach 3 wasn't configured.

gio.

Try this C6 profile. It is different to John TH's and worked on a C6 that was from the same shipment.
