Unhappy X3 CNC macros

Hi: This is my first time on the forum. Hi to all out there. I have a bunch of programs written for the Bridgepart CNC and the change to the X3 Sybil America has me wondering why I made the changes. I tried to get the guy who sold me the machine to straighen me out on the macros and for 6 mo's they have not returened my phone call. Can somebody help me?

No one at Syil USA will return your call? Email? My suggestion would be to probably contact Syil directly in China. They seem to really care about the reputation of the company and I often see Syil (from China) posting on these forums.

Red face

Thanks. But do you have a e mail address for them in China or phone number or how do I get in contact with them?

Just explain to them your problems. I am sure they will help you.

Hi trainfred,
If I understand you correct you have an X3 now but your programs were used with a Bridgeport CNC before? Do you have the .dxf files for the parts? If you still have the drawings for the parts you need to work with you could import them into your CAD/CAM program and re-generate the programs using the Mach3 post processor.(Assuming you will be using Mach3 as a controller) I have an SX3 and would be glad to try an help you out. Let me know if I am understanding your post correctly.
Regards,
