Well i got tired of Cleaning the floor more then being productive. My biggest problem is limited space i have to put this machine in. My shoptasks takes up way to much room with it's enclosure. So i came up with this set up. I think i may need to add a second coolant return on the other side of the bed. Also for another day. I will create a removable extension for the front shield. But for now this works for the smaller stuff I'm doing For now.

| It looks like a good alternative to a full sized enclosure. I have my flood coolant base finished but have not been able to get the enclosure done to implement the flood coolant with the base. At least I am able to trap the chips in the base, but your set up would be a better alternative. Regards,

| It's all attached to the the table and moves with it. The front section could of been anywhere from 2 to 3" longer. But where fixing this with an add on section that can be removed and only used when working on bigger projects. And sorry it's an sx3, Just can't get the sx4 out of my head.

| finally got to use it. Works awesome. Little splashing out the back but not a enough to be concerned about. Even after running a few hours i didn't notice a wet floor. So i guess it worked.
