| Could you make this file downloadable please. It does not want to stream very well at all. It would be far less painful to watch without continual stops. It looks like an excellent tutorial and I know someone who is trying to figure out the homing setup today. Thanks..... |

| Yeah good job with the video. The more simple and concise stuff like this available for beginners the better. I would recommend that people also watch the video on the Artsoft site called "Coordinate Systems" Found here, http://www.artsoftcontrols.com/Video...elections.html Actually you should watch the first three as a good starting point. | Never is a big word. But that is the general idea.After start up you must of course do a "Ref All" or often called a homing run. As the video shows that lets Mach know where it is in relation to Machine Coordinates, then soft limits if set up can be used. So the answer is a qualified yes. Greg |
