    Hi my,x3 was delivered to-day gave the delivery guy a cup of tea, half an hour later opened the box ~#*~??? back casing "buckled" sheared of the screws that were holding it down, z axis tightening screw pused forward so it bent, I cried, got onto Hugh (english supplier of x3) he's promised to exchange it when the next batch come in IN DECEMBER sad sad sad.

    I can only begin to imagine your frustration of having to wait.

    Did you establish at which point in the shipping the mill was damaged?
