| Hi to all, I have converted a SIEG X2 mill to cnc based on Syil's X2 3axis cnc kit and Mach3. Everything worked fine until now that I can only jog Y axis and only in one direction. All input parallel port signals are ignored by Mach3. i.e. when pressing the EStop in syil's controller box, Mach3 does not get the signal as it used to. Seems that Syil PC interface failed somehow. Any ideas on which part is the hardware failure from? I have the simple interface, no spindle control (CNC-P4A, Rev:1.1). My multimeter measurements: Syil's Power supply outputs 48V DC, pc interface gets 48V DC, stepsdown & regulates to 12V DC (L4971) and 5V DC (LM7805). Thanks in advance |
