It is there, its just hanging down. Look at the green wire with the white stripe, the plug is at the end along with I believe two reds spliced together and two solid greens.

I recently had the same problem with finding wires that have come unattached. I think this is the reason the Y ball screw came of the bearing and the balls fell out.Where was QC the day my machine was built? Now my table limits are out of whack by 1-1/2 or so how do I fix this problem?

Here's how I set up my soft limits.

Get your switches working so that a "Reference All" works.

Then set those locations to machine coordinates 0,0,0. Then jog around (carefully, with soft limits off) and take note of the extents of travel. Put those in to the soft limit screen. You should read that section of the Mach 3 manual.

answer from syilchina

I get answer from SyilChina...

At first ,you shuould open two black boards in the back of mill, when you open the small board in the back ,you will find a white connecter, this is connect with the connecter1.
about connecter2 and connect3,I will give you a picture, the number of ports is homologous.
connect 3 is connect to faucet of E-stop,connect 2 is connect to faucet of spindle control.
card-c is a spindle control board,card-d is a G-code control board ,it can make you control the spindle by computer.

Test SX3 and Mach3 (demo):
- the Emergency's LED is light by Diagnostics-Page under 'Input Signal Current State'. LED is off if the e-stop is pulled. If e-stop is pulled i can not start the spindle.
- the x,y,z axis was on moving if i started 'roadrunner'. Running the 'roadrunner' was not continued (stopped in half way). I think cause demo version.
- the yellow led M1/M2-Home is on if the limit switch pressed. The position of z-axis's Limit switch is not found.
- Jog is ok (all x,y,z,a-axis)
- I see that the limit switch is not in function if in Jog Mode.
- I don't know how to get/setup home position.
