Hi, Last year I bought a used x4 speedmaster and I have a few questions. 1: What is the best software to use for program the 4th axis? (I am considering Visual Mill 6.0). Currently use powermill, but do not have the ablity to post 4th axis. 2: Every time I turn on the spindle no matter what the speed is set at in my program the spindle trys to shot up to 24000rpm. Not to much of a problem, once I hit the override, but still an annoyance. And yes I have downloaded the proper Mach3 config. file. Any ideas? Other than this I love this machine, I had converted a Grizzly mini mill to cnc a few years back, but this thing makes it look like a toy!   |
