    Syil x5 spindle estop trouble

Hi, I need some help with my X5 2011 setup. The spindle start up (eg S1000 M03) makes the spindle go to speed (around 1350 rpm) but causes mach3 to throw an estop at the same time. I've tried changing most of the settings in Mach3 but no luck yet. I'm using SmoothStepper interface. The Spindle is tuned 100/1200/800. The spindle starts in manual mode without error. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I'm very new to this stuff so simple explanations are good!

Yes, thanks. I went to the Mach3 forum and Hood advised me that the Smooth Stepper settings for the filtering value for E-Stop in the SS config needed to be set (they were set to 0.0), as he advised when I set the value to 1.43 it fixed the problem!

I don't know how to close a thread, sorry if this should have been closed.
