    Broken piece

I bought my X4 Plus in 2008 and it's running Ok. Last week I had this part broken, it works on the Y axis.
Can someone help me (Syil people please!!) to sell 3 pieces like this one to me? (one for replacement and two more just in case...)
    Thanks in advance.

Snap! Although mine was on the X axis. Took me ages to work out what the slight ticking noise was.

I replaced all of the couplings for ones such as listed here:
Flexible Couplings : Zapp Automation Ltd - Stepper motors & Stepper Motor Drivers - Servo motors and Servo Motor Drivers - Ballscrews & linear motion products.

The flexible couplers shown can induce backlash under heavy loads or accelerations. Look up Oldham couplers. They are more rigid.
