Hello guys

Just received yesterday my new mill. Here comes some pics.

THE EAGLE HAS LANDED

Very well equiped, all comes perfectly warped. Just Syil must check weights in his web, they said this machine weights 350 kg, but just only 250kg with stand. Instructions are really well detailed, but only in electrics, some questions are not detailed or even treated

another point to improve is put more drawing details to new customers. Machine is 73cm wide, but with coolant tray is up to 80 cm. this makes a big diference when you deal with it in a flat, due to this I need to cut the chip tray, nothing important, but if you are not prepared this could be a big issue.

Here in Spain flats are really small, doors are 80cm in elevator and access doors, home door is only 74cm, and room doors are just 70cm, so you can imagine, machine is entering, and loosing parts due to sablesaw. Also I must dismante X axis motor, 4 bolts and ready to move.

well, once tray was cut, finally arrives his final destination, so I´m happy again, motor installed again, but I need a solder and all will be ready for start making chips.

And now some questions I haven´t found an answer.

Drawbar. How do you lock it?
MPG. I have connected to machine but doen´t works. PC hasn´t been installed yet. I suppose will works without PC control. I must active something special. Manual mode has been selected previously.
Coolant deposit. Capacity? How to clean it?
EMC2. some of you are using it?
One shoot lubricator. wich oil I must use? any recomended brand?

god...why you are not take off the bottom tary..
the machine and bottom tary could be seperate.......

when you use coolant,will flood everywhere...
i notice one of my dealer use EMC in my place,you can email to Mr len from probotix.com
he is in my place now...

Well. If i dont cut tray machine sleeps on street. My home is on a4th floor so is imposible to install there. Only can be done on street and move fully mounted.

Mpg issue solved. Just need to press on jog more times. until displays MPG

If he removes the tary, the machine will no longer be perfectly warped.

This is going to be fun when he trys to get the thing running.
