How much is this V7?
In Australia the price for the V7 is 35K, this is with the 4th axis controller being the Shanghai SEC 500, (not the 4th axis though as this is extra again) I'm not sure of the price if you opt for the standard V7 which is only a 3 axis machine which uses the Siemens controller instead
Cheers
Hi,
- we are considering the purchase of CNC machine with ATC.
- we are located in LA, California
- we are all metric (not interested in anything else)
While there is a lot information for competitors like the Tormach 1100, we can not find anything really about the S6/V6 or S7/V7 that could help finding out which/if one is the better solution for us. We'd like to get some brochures/tech specs for them and the pricing.
We tried your US website, but the response we got said that all of theses are only under development (maybe referring to non-metric versions, we did not make that clear when we asked for info) and we should rather buy something else... very odd.
Do you have maybe another dealer closer to us (Los Angeles, Southern California) that would be selling any of these systems to us?
Syil america team in working on new web, which will list all s/v series products.
could you sent me a email to sales@syil.com.cn
i will push them to call you..

Hi norisknofun,
We have purchased the V7, for our requirements the machine fits our parameters, I can not speak highly enough of our distributor in Australia being Titan Machinery, they have been fantastic to deal with.
We researched our options hard & you can not compare the V7 to the brand you stated, they are completely different in their ability, for starters the V7 uses an industrial controller & not a PC based controller, but be aware you will need 3 phase power supply, as for Metric or Imperial, it does not matter as the controller can be changed to either or.
We have yet to receive our machine, but eagerly await its arrival, been told its nearly ready to ship, we where hoping we would have received it by early January, but it looks like this is not going to happen.
Would be more than happy to answer any questions you may have, just PM me, also will place pics of the machine when it arrives & how it was packed & condition straight out the box, with heaps of videos of the V7 making chips once we get it up and running.
Merry xmas all & have a fantastic start to the new year
Cheers
