    Considering an X6

I'm considering buying a Syil X6, but after reading some of these posts, I wonder if it is safe to do so. I know the Chinese have virtually no QC, but some of the problems seem to be design issues and/or poor engineering. Some of the problems I've read about include missing bolts, loose bolts, and bolts with stripped threads. Those I can fix. But inability to control spindle speed or inadequate limit switches should not be. I don't know if those issues are pervasive, but I have read about them. Based on the specifications, I really like the machine,

    Thanks,
    John

2011 x6 use VFD and frequnce motors, both taiwan made.
quaility very stable,we have QC inspection before we loading, and after machien arrive, syil dealer also will open it and re-check it again..
so,it is not so bad as your said.
mach3 series machine some time hardly to compare the industry controller series.like S,or V.
it is depend on customer computer, software, cable connectors.

    Syil,

Thanks for the clarification. The machine I'm interested in is the X6 with the larger 42x12 (inches) table. My small shop is full with a Lagun knee mill and two lathes, but soon I will build a new shop that is much larger. At that time I plan to place an order.

    Again, thanks,
    John
