I was actually looking for a picture of the finished article. Also how much travel does the machine loose on the X axis?

I'm supposed to be getting my power drawbar/ATC rack "soon". I'll try and post some pics and vids when it gets here.
plasmator, did you get yours from Syil Canada or Syil US?
I want to get one as well, but can't seem to get an answer about when they will be ready
I keep asking and asking about the X7 model and can't get any answer.
Syil will have to give better service for someone want to buy their products, if it is like that before we buy, I can't imagine what it could be after.
Jeff
I sent a few emails with some questions about the X5 and X7 but havn't got any replies as yet.
Does anyone have a direct emai for Syil as the website contact form does not seem to get a reply?
To get answers, call Syil Canada and talk to Keith. The phone number is on their website: http://WWW.Syil.ca
I am in Europe. If a machine needs repair is there the same communication problem as trying to get information.
Good question. I am in the US but bought from Syil Canada because Syil America was unresponsive.
One important point though, the power drawbar and ATC rack were developed by Syil Canada so they are probably the best source of information about those products. It's also not surprising that Syil Europe wouldn't have much info yet since the power drawbar/ATC rack are just barely out of development.
I used the contact form on syil.ca 3 times and havn't had any responses. Is there a contact email for Keith? We run a business and want to get information on the X4 and X7 machines as there seems to be variations in the information on the websites.
I mainly contacted them by phone and had good luck, but if you want to email, Keith's email address is: sales@syil.ca
