A customer wanted a dual spindle X4+, so we made it:

CNC control of the second spindle was ruled out because the customer hit a limit in the $$$ dept

Very nice job indeed.
Do you thoink is possible to replace and upgrade the X4+ spindle to high speed
and control it with mach 3 or you need special electronics?

yes it is doable, but you would be better purchasing a ready made Speedmaster if you just want a HS Spindle

The only problem is that I have already and X4 plus and need to upgrade the spindle.
