c6 lathe questions

hello everyone.
I have purchased a used c6 lathe and need a few things.
The controler for the x axis is bad and I need a replacement.

I also am woundering if anyone here has a c6 that does threading.
mine has a sensor near the spindle but no encoder disk?
I am hoping some one can send me a photo and possibly measurements so I can make one.
