These come from the Surfware support website. Your VAR can get you the info to log in and see the other info that is there. There is a pretty extensive collection of tutorial videos included with the installed help files with Surfcam.

Book video, i don't think there is one, but you can try your local resale and see if they have it. Under Help, they have many animation pix ....... you can get some idea.
