I just finihsed the first part of some 15-5 stainless roughing. And thought I would post some pics *********New************* Runtime 3hr:30min (1) carbide .750" E/M .030 radius for entire operation using 3 axis true-mill with 25 deg engagment angle spindle speed S 2450 Feed F60.0 1.5" roughing depth *********************** *********Old************ Runtime 9hr 2.0 face mill and countless inserts  |

| It is a 4 flute Promax series 191 with ALtin coated with a .030" radius. Half the flute is a rougher and the other half is a finish. They are relatively cheap also http://promaxtools.com/ |
