| From Surfware’s website: Minimum system requirements: 1. Operating System: Windows® 2000 Service Pack 4 2. Processor: Pentium® III, 800 MHz or Athlon® 800 MHz 3. Memory: 128 MB RAM 4. Hard Disk Space: 800 MB Free 5. Video: 32 MB Windows® 2000/XP DirectX® 9.0c or higher compatible display adapter capable of 1024x768 resolution in 16bit color 6. DirectX® : DirectX® 9.0c(included) or higher 7. Pointer: Windows® Compatible Mouse 8. Communications Port: USB 9. CD-ROM Drive These look ancient, what service pack is your win2000? I have XP and haven't noticed any major problems yet other than when selecting, entities don't always highlight unless you scroll in or out to refresh the screen. This gets real annoying if you have multiple entities to select, but it’s been around for the past few releases. |

| I have 2000Pro SP4 with updates most recent as Friday 7/20/07 afternoon, but the problem I'm having is with the Edit NC Operation in the NC Operations window. I can hot-key step my way through the program, but any time I use the mouse and try to click the toolpath it always kicks it back to the very first line of the program.

| I'm not seeing that with XP but the selection problem I mention above is about to drive me nuts. It's worse then ever. Select one, no highlight, scroll in a bit, it highlights, select another and the first highlight turns off until you scroll in or out. You have to do this every time! What a joke! Are you seeing this with Win2000? I wonder if a setting on my graphics card has changed? I have a Quadro FX 1300 with 128 MB. Latest driver. |

| That sounds like problems I had back with surf2005 or 2004, can't pinpoint which one. It got better when they upgraded to the next one. It was graphics crap.
