| multiple work offsets Been looking to do use multiple offsets such as a g54 and g55 on seperate vises. Hints would be much appreciated. Thx |

| Hi press start, programs, surfcam group, surfcam tools, "post menu wizard" press next until two windows appear, on the left window scroll down until you see post that has sub in the name, there are sub posts for fadal, fanuc, choose one and proceed until done. This will add a post that when used will automatically put out sub routines for all your tools. You may need to edit the code for machine specific rules but its a start. |

| In the tools, Options, NC Defaults, Work Offset. Check the associativity box When Creating a CVeiw, be sure to add the work offset and your work offsets will automaticaly be defaulted. Next your post must be properly configured to detect a work offset change UPONWORK G[Work] X[H] Y[V] END This is the way it should be done for multipule sides of a part or when indexing |
