arc and nurb filter

Hi

Does anyone use the arc and or nurb filter before posting in the operation manager? If so how and where is it useful?

I use the Arc Filter when ever possible to get a smoother finish in round mold cavities as an example. It changes those small incremental moves to I, and J (arc) moves. With the newer, faster machines it's not as beneficial as it was 10 years ago but still helps by reducing the file size. I've seen 2MB files reduced to 50K with this filter.
