new to drawing 3D

so i'm new to drawing 3D in surfcam. we generally use it for 2d drawings. I'm trying to draw a ring. the dia. of material in 4.63 Inches. and it has a radii of 6. to center of material. its also on a 16 degree plain. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Huh? You lost me. The diameter is 4.63 but the radius is 6? Is it a ring or an arc or what?

sorry its a 4.62 Dia pipe. and its bent to a radius of 6. to the center of the pipe. its a ring

Still not seeing it. Maybe a sketch would help. Is radius in feet?

I think he is wanting to extrude an elbow joint on a 6.0 arc.

create -> surface -> primitives -> torus

After that, front construction view -> rotate (pick what you want to rotate) -> set angle to plus or minus 16 degrees and pick the rotation point.
