New Workstation can't run Velocity 5

I recently loaded Windows 7 64 bit OS on my Dual Core AMD 1.5 Gig RAM Laptop and have been running Velocity 5.1 just fine so when I decided to update my office workstation last week I bought what I thought was a pretty good system:
ASUS M4A785-M Motherboard
AMD PHencom II X4 920 2.80GHz CPU
8 GB RAM
1Tbyte SATA HD
1 DVD/CD SATA reader/ burner
ATI Radon HD 4200 on board Video
Windows 7 Pro 64 bit OS
450 Watt Powersupply
multi card /chip reader
I am running it under the XP Compatiblility protocols

I can load and draw in Velocity 5.1 but cannot verify which limits my use. Any Ideas?

My first guess is XP compatibility is not running correctly. Second guess - are the video drivers up to date? Lastly, and this may be more of a personal preference, have you tried to add a video card? I don't even buy laptops without vid cards because my apps are so graphics intensive.

I think it should be ATI display driver problem ....
Please uninstall the ATI dirver and ATI program. Re-install the ATI display driver only, and try again.

I bought and installed a new Video card with 1 gig Vid Ram that seem to solve the problem. Of course that also installed new drivers, but I had messed with that before too.

I had issues with verifying in Windows 7... found on the web that MwVerify.dll has issues
in 5.x

If you can get a replacement from and earlier version( I think I used V4 SP1's copy)
