| Sorry it has been a little while too long since I have done something this simple. ![]() I am just cutting slots on a big sheet with a radius on the bottom corners. Every time I try to generate a tool path to "Finish" the walls the tool path cuts through the material. I know there has to be a better way of doing this. Here is a picture of what I mean. Any help is greatly appreciated!

| First try to extend the surfaces from the ends of the part to eliminate the rounding of the corners on the part. I have the same problem in Mastercam when I use the Parallel Surface tool path. I end up using the Flowline tool path and go into the gap settings, and at the bottom of the pop up screen it has a place to tell the software how much to go past the actual surface for lead in and lead out. I am sure surfcam has that same feature somewhere. Hope this helps |
