| We just got our invoice for maintenance also. It went up. It did say something about a Grandfather discount, whatever that means. It went straight to trash bin. We reluctantly paid maintenance last year with the understanding that they were going to update the program with version 5, it didn’t happen. All they did was introduce new bugs slowing us down even more. I don’t know who’s running Surfware, but they need their head examined. With all the competition out there now, why would anyone consider this software today? What does it have over programs that cost half the price and a better interface? Plus, they all seem to have their own version of TrueMill now. With the economy in the state that it is, it will be a long time before we renew again. |
