Velocity 5 disappearing TrueMill Calculator

Does anyone else have this problem? When I open the TrueMill Calculator, it will flash open and then drop down to the control toolbar at the bottom of the window. the Icon is there but it will not open up. I used the TM Calc. for about a week then it started doing this to me, I have some other problems with Vel 5 too but this one really gripes me.

I am running an XP SP3 2 GIG RAM ATI 2400 Video card AMD 6400 dual processor CPU. I am running Internet Explorer Version 7 because some of the sites we use (US Gov) have not authorized using Version 8.

Open the ..\V5\TrueMill Calc\TrueMillCalc.ini file and edit the Location X Y lines
