| There are posts in the /PostLib/MPost folder that you can try using. I know for sure they have a Fanuc one in there as I use that one occasionally. I use to use Virtual Gibbs and I feel that Gibbs handled subroutines in a much nicer way. After you program your part, there is also the option of using the transform operation technique. In your operations manager, there is a box next to the verify button. This has one option called rectangular array. It will lay out a bunch of parts in a grid format for you. I don't like this method much because it makes the programs really huge and if you have a controller with limited memory, it can be a problem, but it does work for some applications. Hopefully this will help you a little. |

| There are two way to do that in SURFCAM system: 1. Use the Operation Manager --> Transform Operation and yourcould find a lot of method you could use. SURFCAM is the fisrt one CAM system has all the functions. 2. Use the MPost(more easier) to write a post you need. It could output the G54 -- G59, M98 subroutines, you aslo could output the macro call, or L/N code subrountines |
