    Hobby CNC growth

I realize the Zone is not only for hobby CNC. But that's my main thing and the reason I come here. I wonder if CNC is a tiny niche hobby with no particular growth expected, or is it growing in popularity? How would anyone determine this? Would the hobby support a slick paper magazine? I notice rockler.com now has the Shark CNC. Are they selling? If the Zone had a forum block for new purchases of such machines we might be able to gauge such a thing. Just food for thought.

    CNC hobby magazine

there already are hobby machinist magazines like
    http://www.digitalmachinist.net/
    http://www.homeshopmachinist.net
..... hobby will grow as price of machines come down in price. I bought Sherline CNC mill and lathe as I wanted to test things while learning cnc before trying on a bigger machine.
