    Books

Suggested books for cnc diy beginers. Google search turn up with only one hit. Looking for something that has an overview of what it takes to make them work. Challanges of building and/or building bigger. Lots of plans on the net but not much background. Hope ya'll can help.
    Thanks,
    Walt

CNC machine/router construction. Calculating power and motor requirments. Determining forces on the machine, how beefie the cnc needs to be to withstand the forces that are going to be put on it. These are only a few things that I think need to be understood before starting a build project.
    Thanks,

Search Amazon for a book called CNC Robotic's. It was my first book and had some decent stuff. If you want, however for alot less money you'll find out just as much by reading the forum's here and via Yahoooo.
