Maybe a waterjet info page, or a full blown forum? Just thinking out loud. I own a granite/tile installation company, and have access to a CNC router and a laser machine. Neither is able to cut medallions or letters from stone, which waterjets will. Also, I bet there's some interest in using waterjets with metal due to the waterjet machine on American Chopper.
The other thing I was thinking may be information dedicated to what materials can be manipulated with what type of machine & how. Maybe like a page that has some sort of excel file on it that lists out materials & what can be done to those materials with each type of machine? This way a newcomer could come in just knowing what materials he'd want to mess with & which direction to go. Include metals, stone, arcrylics, vinyl, wood, rubber, foam, fiberglass etc. etc.
Just a thought from the newbie...
Todd
