Please set visited links to a different color than unvisited links! Please! | | I am writing to ask that the site administrators make a very minor adjustment to the site's CSS style sheet that will make a big increase in usability. Please set the visited link color (vlink) to a color that is different to the regular unvisited link color.
As it is now, they are the same. The result is that when I'm going through forums looking at things that interest me, when I go back to the index page, I can't easily tell what I've already read. Not only does this result in me clicking on things I already read but it also makes it harder to go back and find something I want to read again.
If you make them different, then it will be very obvious to every user which links they've clicked on and which they haven't yet.
If you need help making this change, I'd be happy to help. It's considered best practices to have these set to different colors (often the vlink color might be a grayed version of the unvisited link color).
Thanks!
