Make IH forum for all full sized square column mills...

It's kind of a pity that the Industrial Hobbies forum isn't the place to go for all the full sized square column mills and the benchtop section is for Sieg and round column mills. Not everyone realizes the ZAY-class mills are all pretty similar, but some do and are already posting as though IH was for all the full size square columns.

Best,

BW

Hello, I agree that the IH forum should be for the big square column mills. I have a Zay7045 and just posted some mods I did to it on the IH forum as the IH, Zay 7045 and all the other R45 clones are pretty close to identical. The benchtop mill section is for the small x1,x2, and x3 stuff and there is a lot of good info for those in that section. I have noticed several new r45 clone owners lately looking for info and help in the bench section and there is none there. Thanks, Dave

I couldn't agree more. The info on rf45 clones is a tough search becuase it has so many names (rf45 zay, enco, lathemaster, sqaure column, etc etc) it would be nice to put it all in one place.

Thanks for the quick response. This should help consolidate the information available on these mills.
