    How about a seperate "Linear motion" forum

    For (ball/Acme) screws, R&P, linear slides etc ?

    I second that!

    ...could be a place to keep good designs, tips, contact info, purchasing info, etc.

    ....maybe in the Mechanical Engineering forum.
