Please help deciding what steppers to buy

Please help me decide what steppers to buy.

I am buying steppers from here: http://www.motiontek.ca/StepperMotor.html

I weighted the upper body of the CNC (the one for Z & Y axis), and it was 40 lbs.

    So I was thinking to get a Nema23 M311 for X axis (the one carrying the body for Z & Y), and Nema23 M254 for the Z & Y axis.

I am using 3/8"-16 Threaded Rods for all axis.

Finally, my question is: Did I choose the right steppers ? Can the Nema23 M311 stepper carry the 40 lbs body ?

I attached a picture with my homemade CNC. (I still have to put the threaded rod for the X axis)
