EAS MicrostepPLD and opto breakout board

I just recently purchased a MicrostepPLD 2 axis bipolar stepper motor driver. Sadly after spending several hours soldering components it does not work. When the power is turned on the motors squeal and heat up , but do not move.

I was wondering if any one has assembly instructions for this board - to see if i forgot to solder any components.
