I am just guessing, but I think that my setup is all wrong. I am trying to find out what my Pin setup is supposed to be. Anyone help!

Have you tried the step program from Stepper World? If you can get your steppers to turn and change direction with it, then the problem is in the controller program. (Mach or Kcam).
