| I have a luminart sign machine, vintage 1995ish... I think it is made by Precix. I am trying to find information on the 4 axis (only 3 axis populated) stepper board that they used in the machine controller. Contacted Precix, but after a few reminders, still nothing back. Have attached a picture. I am planning in interfacing to a parallel port and need to figure out the pinouts. The current controller configuration is for HPGL only, via RS232, and it will not link up to the software, so I want to dump the controller and interface directly to the stepper board. Anyone have any information on this board? Manufacturer, manual, experience, suggestions??? Eric |
