help with wiring a halo 3

I am building a firebolt CNC router. I want to use the Halo 3 board. anyone have any sugestions on the type of limit switches I should use? What about an emergency stop? What guage wire should I use to build the power supply and what gauge wire should I use for the KL23h276308B stepper motors? any advice would be most welcomed.
