I've read a few post about this but..... Has anyone actually tried to wire 2 (or more) steppers together and drive them simulatainiously? To be clear, drive them off the same driver output? If so, how did this perform? Were they wired in series or parallel? Did they each drive independant screws or were they mechanically linked (gear, belts, pulleys)? I'm a newbee, but it would seem to me that you would eliminate more inequalities by using the same circuit rather then trying to slave off the same step/dir signal or even using software. |

| Mariss from Geckodrive has posted here several times saying it will work up to 200-300rpm (I think), but as you spin the motors faster, you'll run into problems.
