looking for simple driver

trying to find a stepper motor driver (ready made board). that doesnt need a computer to operate .. press one button to drive stepper motor in one direction and press another and drive motor in the other direction.. Simple as possible. I am useing this to drive my z axis up and down manually with buttons..can anyone help, thanks

It needs programing, but the mdrive from IMS is a good choice.
Also avaialble with linear screw going through the center of the motor.

If you want to program it use the MDI (Motion Control) or of you just want to slew at a known speed use the MDO (Speed Control)

Cost will be about $300, and this includes the motor, driver and motioncontroller all in one package.
They go from size 14 to 42.

You can do this driver alone !!!!
Find Ucn5804B and 555 and try to find any shematics for this !!!
If you can find anything about UCN send my message and i will send you all what i have !

One question ???
I want to do my first plasma cutter with copley driver and step motor like servo (with encoder) !!!!
Anyone who have some smart to tell me - This wrong- this good and what you thinks about this combination !!!
