| The Stepper3 HPPWM is an 8 Amp - 3 Axis parallel port interface uni-polar stepper motor controller that offers industrial performance at an economical price. The S3HHPWM board consists of high current discrete MOSFET power switches with heavy duty heat sinking. Each axis provides dip-switch selectable full and half step modes. Four on-board relay drivers and five limit switch inputs are provided to allow for home switches, limit switches, E-stop, spindle control, flood and other M-Code functions

| I have the stepper3+1 connected to a mach2 software. It works ok however the board dosen't have onboard current control or microstepping (something I learned about after I bought this board) I am having a devel of a time with resonance and trying to figure out how to hook up resistors to increase the motors voltage because I read that you should drive the motors with at least 4x and up to 23 times the voltage rating while reducing the current. So for about the same price I can buy microstep controllers with onboard chopper current control from Gecko or salem controls. That's where I plan to buy my next system components. I will sell you mine if you want it and replace it with a salem controls board as I really only need 1 access on the X table I've built. |
